Since these days in Albania, a debate has been opened on the topic: "Should Afghan citizens be accepted or not in Albania", I think it is necessary to make an analysis about the situation in Afghanistan, which has been missing in the Albanian media. First, I would like to emphasize that the situation in Afghanistan is terrible. For eight days, the Taliban have taken control of 18 provinces out of 34 across the country, including the largest provinces of Kandahar, Herat, Helmand, Farah, Konduz and Ghazni. Only the city of Mazar-e-Sharif, Jalalabad and Kabul are in the siege now. Secondly, the Taliban have their origin from the beginning of the conflict in Afghanistan during the Soviet occupation 1979-1989. This invasion made Pakistan, in cooperation with the USA and Saudi Arabia, finance a war with the aim of removing the Soviets from Afghanistan.
For this purpose, the Afghan Cambodia WhatsApp Number Data Bureau was created at the ISI (Secret Service of Pakistan, which is considered one of the strongest services in the world). The Afghan Bureau under the direction of General Mohammad Yousaf organized, trained and led in the war about 55,000 Mujahideen, mainly Afghan and Pakistani but also about 15,000 others from the countries of the Persian Gulf, Algeria, Libya, Turkey, Bosnia, Chechnya, etc. The main participating Afghan parties consisted of 7 extremist Islamic parties and four moderate parties. The main commanders were Gulbudin Hekmatyar, Mohammad Ismail Khan, Rabbani, Abdul Sayyaf, Ahmad Shah Masoud, Abdul Rashid Dostun, etc.

Third, after the end of the war, Pakistan, since there were 3.5 million Afghan refugees in its country, started recruiting young Afghans from Pakistani madrassas with the aim of installing a pro-Pakistan Afghan government in the future. For this purpose, the Taliban Movement (students) was created. After the end of the war with the Soviets, the leaders of the parties started a civil war with the aim of controlling Afghanistan. In 1994, the Taliban Movement under the leadership of Mullah Mohammad Omar with the support of ISI, took control of Kandahar in 2004, in 2005-2006 also other provinces such as Herat, Helmani, Farah, Nimruzi, etc.
